Quality craftsmanship on every project. Our team brings more than 20 years of experience in high-end residential renovation, working with skilled craftsmen and superior materials. Every scope item is supervised by a dedicated Project Manager who is accountable for the outcome.
A structured Pre-Construction Agreement. Before construction begins, Castlehaven completes a 6-to-10-week planning phase: CAD drawings, 3D renderings, material selections, cabinetry specifications, and a complete design packet. The result is a fixed-price proposal. Not a range. Not a budget padded with allowances. A fixed price based on real selections and real scope.
Daily communication through JobTread. Your Project Manager provides daily updates, photos, and schedule progress through our secure client portal. You always know what is happening on your project.
A written warranty. Every completed Castlehaven project is backed by a written warranty. Our work is built to last, and we stand behind it.
Adam Pollock has been building in Atlanta for over two decades—and building it right from the start.
After earning a degree in real estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, Adam began his career in 2002 renovating and expanding homes for investment and resale. Early on, he recognized what the market was missing: a contractor who communicated clearly, showed up consistently, and delivered work that lasted.
What began as a small, referral-based operation has grown into Castlehaven Construction—a luxury design-build firm based in Atlanta, serving clients throughout the greater Atlanta area.
Adam has led hundreds of projects across Dunwoody, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, and beyond. His approach is straightforward: honest conversations about scope and budget, disciplined project management, and a level of detail that holds up long after the project is complete.
A Dunwoody native, Adam lives in Buckhead with his wife Elizabeth and their son Sean, remaining closely connected to the community he’s spent his career serving.

Kara Roche is the operational backbone of Castlehaven Construction—responsible for the systems, communication, and client experience that define how the company runs.
A University of Georgia graduate, Kara oversees the full operational infrastructure from initial client contact through final walkthrough. She has built and continues to refine the processes that keep projects organized, communication clear, and expectations aligned at every stage.
She manages the client journey end-to-end, ensuring that every interaction reflects the Castlehaven standard of professionalism, transparency, and care. Internally, she drives the systems that allow the team to execute consistently—eliminating guesswork and keeping projects moving without unnecessary friction.
In addition to operations, Kara leads all marketing initiatives and plays an active role in the company’s growing design services, supporting projects throughout the greater Atlanta area. Her background gives her a strong understanding of both the creative and construction sides of a project—helping bridge vision with execution.
At its core, her approach is simple: when the process is handled with precision, the results speak for themselves.
Jake Gallenberger is the kind of person who has seen just about everything on a job site—and knows how to handle it before it becomes an issue.
With over 23 years of experience in project design, product management, and construction leadership, Jake brings a depth of knowledge that shows up in every phase of a project. His approach is organized, proactive, and detail-driven—focused on preventing problems, not reacting to them.
As Director of Production, Jake oversees field operations and leads the estimating process across a wide range of projects, from kitchens and bathrooms to whole-home renovations and outdoor living spaces. Because he builds the estimate himself, he brings a rare level of continuity into the construction phase—nothing gets lost between what was promised and what gets delivered.
Designers and architects value working with Jake because he reads the plans, follows specifications, and raises questions early—keeping projects aligned and on track.
He is an EarthCraft House Renovator and a Georgia Environmental Protection Division Lead-Paint Certified professional, reflecting both his technical expertise and commitment to responsible building practices.
David Adinolfi brings a craftsman’s mindset to every project he manages—grounded in years of hands-on carpentry and construction experience.
With a strong understanding of how projects come together in the field, David approaches project management with a level of precision that clients quickly come to trust. He works closely with both clients and trade partners to keep projects running efficiently, on schedule, and aligned with Castlehaven’s standards.
Detail-oriented and methodical, David focuses on getting the small things right—because those are often the details that matter most. His background allows him to anticipate challenges, not just react to them.

Over four years in residential construction, he has developed a strong understanding of how projects flow—what to anticipate, how to navigate challenges, and how to keep everything moving without losing sight of the details.
